IECP is currently hiring *full time* and *part time* Behaviorists located in schools surrounding Santa Monica and areas throughout West LA which may include Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Westwood, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Venice, Mar Vista, Westchester and regions in South & Central Los Angeles.

*Requirements for the position of Behavior Therapist at IECP include:*
* Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
* Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
* Bachelors Degree in a related field *(preferred but NOT required),* TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
* *COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position as of 10/1/23. *

Hourly wage for Behavioral Therapist jobs at IECP range from $20.00 - $28.50/hour. *Max starting pay is $24.00 per hour*, depending on your previous education and experience. Opportunity for annual pay raises, based on completion and competency in company provided training.
