Job description:

Employee’s main responsibilities will include completing patient’s vital signs , completing patient rooming protocols, setting up and assisting physician in office procedures, giving injections , performing EKGs, triaging patient phone calls , educating patients, relaying physician -reviewed lab, imaging and other testing results, closely working alongside our doctors to develop and deliver our value-based care initiatives for our patient’s health and wellness.

Job Type: Full-time Non-Exempt

Pay: Licensed Practical Nurses must be certified or registered, starting at $27 + per hour and up depending on experience.

Schedule: 4-day work week (32 hours min)
