Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist at Dr. Jutkowitz Periodontics and Implantology located at 70 Glen Cove Road, Roslyn Heights, New York 11576 to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This person will handle a variety of clinical duties for dental office operations including cleaning teeth and examining oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease. They also may educate patients on oral hygiene, take x rays, or apply fluoride or sealants. All aspects of the job require an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.
* Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8A-5P, Tuesday and Thursday 8A-2P.
* Pay: $50-$60/hour depending on perio experience.
* Appointment times: 45-60 minutes.
* 2 years experience in Perio preferred.

*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in New York.
* Strong knowledge of dental assisting practices and procedures is preferred.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate medical records.
* Ability to work well in a team environment while providing exceptional patient care.
