Linke Resources is recruiting a ABA Licensed Behavior Consultant located in Wyomissing, PA. The Behavior Consultant will be responsible for develop, and oversight of the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation for individuals that is enrolled in the Intensive Behavioral Health Service (IBHS) program, as supervised by the Clinical Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Possess knowledge of all laws, regulations, contractual requirements and agency policies and procedures governing the services performed.
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards.
• Collect outcome data (i.e., CBCL or ATEC) for all clients at times of service re-authorization.
• Possess knowledge of the standards and ethical principles of the best practice of the behavioral healthcare relevant to the program.
• Provide quality mobile services based on established best practice principles of care.
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, agency personnel and the general public.
• Provide all authorized client services and provide supporting documentation for re-authorizations, as necessary, in a timely manner.
• Submit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation.
• Conduct assessments of all new IBHS clients on his/her caseload.
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as necessary.
• Provide case consultation to BHT’s providing services on all shared cases and for other staff as require by the Coordinator.
• Provide clinical consultation to parents, extended family, teacher, and other adult caregiver regarding prescribed behavioral interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Provide complete, accurate information regarding the frequency, intensity and duration of both target behaviors and suggest replaced behaviors.
• Monitor service effectiveness and make modifications to services based on supervisory and/or consultative feedback.

Requirements:

Be licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, LBS, CRNP, and have a BC-ABA certification. A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling form. Master's degree
