About the Role:
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care? We're seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative II to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care by performing accurate and efficient blood draws.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations.
Phlebotomy: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, following established protocols.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
