JOB SUMMARY

Join a team of compassionate recovery professionals that are team driven We are looking for clinicians to join us as we grow our services to include specialized treatment and unit for co-occurring disorders.

Join us at our residential substance abuse treatment facility located at 5505 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, LA. We specialize in opioid addiction, alcohol abuse, and co-occurring disorders. We provide individualized treatment plans, group, individual and family sessions. We have a new facility in a new location, with the same trust in care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Current, unrestricted license – LMSW, LCSW, LPC (or PLPC), or CSW

Experience working in addiction treatment therapy services for co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders is a plus

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\* Provide group therapy for substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders

\* Provide weekly individual counseling sessions.

\* Engage with client's family and/or collateral contacts upon admission.

\* Weekly updates with clinical staff and weekly treatment planning.

\* Partake in weekly chart audits and peer review audits.

\* Complete clinical assessments, discharge plans, and treatment plans within 72 hours.

\* Provide updated clinical progress notes for utilization review

\* Provide crisis intervention as needed

\* Engage patients upon admission and ongoing through their treatment to ensure

delivery of the best patient care

\* Work collaboratively with the medical and clinical team and provide immediate

notification of unusual or potentially high-risk findings.

\* Provide support for clinical services to other team members when needed.

\* Provide discharge planning and case management services as needed.

Energetic, team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Experience with Clinical documentation

Ability to positively interact and develop rapport with clients and their loved ones, professional support staff, and other team members, including nurses and physicians.

Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively.

Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload.

Knowledge of local community and/or ability to network with agencies to provide resources to clientele in recovery.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working knowledge of Zoom for scheduling family sessions and for case management

· Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels as found in a business office with computer printers
