As a Cash Management Associate at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by maintaining accuracy in daily bank statement/transaction entries, taking pride in work, ensuring every entry is completed to the best ability. You will work closely with the Treasury team.

What You’ll Contribute:

• Enter cash receipt entries from lending companies, troubleshoot various deposits related issues with employees and customers, and participate in cash posting related clean up and monitoring projects.

• Enter FinancialForce cash receipts entries from lending companies.

• Participate in cash posting related clean-up and monitoring projects and other cash related projects.

• Troubleshoot various deposits related issues with company employees and customers.

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of cash management or treasury experience.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

• Ability to explain complex transactions simply.

• Strong computer skills with all MS Office products.

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Financial Force preferred

• Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
