Career Opportunity The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Cardiovascular Rad Technologist to join our team. This position requires the preparation and operation of imaging equipment in the cardiovascular program, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
This role involves effective collaboration with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists, supporting new hires, and participating in ongoing education. The ideal candidate will possess strong background knowledge in Radiologic Technology and cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. Qualifications Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
Basic Life Support certification.
Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
