Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC. Our agency prides itself on offering premium flat rates to our staff, along with the flexibility to choose from various shifts at our clients' facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio, and Minnesota.
Salary: $22 per hour
Job Description: As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our guests in a nurturing environment. Your tasks will include:
Providing individualized attention to each guest to maintain or attain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Carrying out assignments related to activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Attending to individual needs, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other requirements.
Maintaining skin integrity by changing incontinent guests, turning, repositioning immobile guests, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin and other areas.
Performing tasks assigned by the floor nurse, such as checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.
You must be knowledgeable about individual care plans and support the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations of the guest's needs, preferences, and any behavioral changes. You will also assist the Wound Care Nurse as directed and complete medical records documenting care provided while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements: Will to work flexible shifts at our facilities in Minnesota.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Commitment to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
