Now, we’re looking for two highly intelligent, tough, and accountable sales producers with an active Texas real estate license. Articulate & Persuasive: You can sell a vision, negotiate with C-suite executives, and write compelling, concise communication. What You’ll Do Sell & Close Deals – Personally drive new business, focusing on multi-location, multimarket portfolio accounts. Develop Winning Sales Strategies – Work with leadership to refine Whitebox’s prospecting, outreach, and deal-closing playbook. Engage with Founders & C-Suite Executives – Understand the strategic real estate needs of businesses with 20+ employees. Drive Market Expansion – Help grow Whitebox’s presence in DFW and beyond, landing major accounts. What You Need to Succeed 2+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience (Commercial Real Estate, SaaS, Finance, or other complex sales industries preferred). Experience selling to C-suite executives Strong negotiation & financial acumen—you understand numbers, leases, and deal structures. Excellent writing & communication skills—can craft persuasive messaging with clarity. Extreme accountability & discipline—you don’t just meet quotas, you set the standard.
