*At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time *Physical Therapist *to join our therapy teams serving the communities of *Northfield, MN & Farmington, MN.*
*This position will primarily have an SNF/LTC caseload between two vibrant facilities, along with a mix of Outpatient and ALF/ILF.
*0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. There will be approximately 24 hours per week spent at the facility in Northfield and 16 hours per week at the facility in Farmington.
*Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.
