Job Description Strategic Relationship Manager Job Level P5 Summary/objective The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients that have 500 or more employees. This role focuses on both retention and growth, ensuring customers maximize the value of isolved's solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Strategic Relationship Manager drives customer engagement, proactively identifies expansion opportunities, and facilitates seamless collaboration across internal teams to optimize the client experience. Core Job Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, through regular business reviews and strategic consultations. Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to expand isolved's product and service offerings within assigned accounts. Ensure clients fully utilize isolved's solutions by providing guidance, training recommendations, and best practices to drive adoption and retention. Manage contract renewals, addressing potential barriers and executing negotiation strategies that maximize value while strengthening customer trust. Monitor
