We are seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to expand our cardiovascular program. Our new state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower will feature three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We collaborate with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

Responsibilities
Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Evaluate patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Pursue Professional Practice Standards.
Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating orientation for new staff.
Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks assigned by Charge person or manager.
Foster strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months. Achieve all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months.
Education
Graduate of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military equivalent with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
Experience
Prior Procedural Area experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.
American Registry of Radiologic Technology registered and/or RCIS certified. Cardiovascular (CV), (CI), and/or (VI) certification preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current BLS certification is required throughout employment duration. ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained through employment duration.
Salary
$27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
