Primary Care at Concord is home to a dynamic team of 3 physicians, 3 physician assistants, 2 registered nurses, 5 medical assistants and one office assistant. Primary Care at Concord Health Center sees an average of 100+ patients daily, ranging in ages from neonates to geriatrics.

Work Schedule:
- Monday from 7am to 7pm
- Tuesday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm
- Friday from 7am to 4:30pm
Job duties & responsibilities:
You will handle various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering patients. You will represent the practice and handle multi-line telephones, manage the front desktop, collect insurance payments, apply ICD9 and CPT4 codes for billing, and perform outreach calls. You will interact with physicians, staff, and patients to provide accurate communication and customer service. You will need to possess excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills, and can build professional relationships in a team environment.

Education Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Medical receptionist or medical assistant degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in a medical office setting or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
