Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Avera is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Med Surg Unit at Avera St Mary's Hospital.
Job Summary The LPN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working under the supervision of a RN or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
This role requires a competent level of nursing care and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional nursing care in a patient-focused environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Licensed as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting multi-state licensure requirements.
BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
Benefits: $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
