Who We're Seeking: Are you a skilled Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients? We're searching for a confident and compassionate individual who thrives in autonomy and specializes in delivering top-notch rehab therapy care. If you're passionate about providing personalized attention to clients in their own homes and value work-life balance, you might be the perfect fit for our team. This is a full-time, 40hr/week position.
Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:
- Provide expert physical therapy care to clients throughout central Vermont.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized care plans that promote mobility and independence.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and colleagues to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Employ standard therapy measurement techniques and therapeutic modalities to optimize client outcomes.
- Offer education and support to empower clients in achieving their care goals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Vermont Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum of two years of clinical practice in a medically-oriented setting.
- Valid driver’s license.
