Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Electrical Engineer in the Memphis, Tennessee area.  This is a direct hire position and the pay range is about $90,000-130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New product development and existing product innovation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies including NSF, CSA, BOCA, federal, state and local agencies
  • Provide technical support to sales team, contractors, and engineers
  • Develop and manage technical documentation
  • Source materials as needed


Experience Needed:

  • At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience
  • Experience with CAD modeling is preferred
  • Experience with embedded controls
  • Experience designing PCB and writing code is preferred
  • Experience sourcing circuit boards, sensors, and electronic parts is preferred
  • Experience on the hardware and software side
  • Experience with C++ is preferred
