RPA Developer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Our client is helping a federal agency headquartered in Lorton VA to build a new secure communications network. This cutting edge work will run through at least 2030 and perhaps beyond. They need 3 experienced RPA developers (UI Path specifically) with a current, active Top Secret clearance, along with a SCI. The work will be performed onsite in Lorton for at least the first month, and then could flex to other client locations that may be more convenient in the DMV.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee completion of projects for federal clients - inside and outside of the DC Metro Area – and perform as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect
• Inform and enforce and technical standards across automation efforts
• Contribute valuable technical insight during presales consultations with clients to assist with RPA adoption

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 2 - 5 years working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other RPA software suites
• 2+ years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense industries
• 2 - 5 years of object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA or C# preferred) and knowledge of programming best practices around logical division, portability, documentation, and testing of scripts
