Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Shop Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with vehicles.
  • Read and follow assembly guidelines provided by OEM service engineers.
  • Reassemble interior components and ensure proper fit and finish of exterior components such as doors and trim.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for quality assurance.
  • Document additional issues found and inform the Team Leader/Manager promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform data entry and keep records of services and equipment used.

Essential Skills:

  • Basic automotive experience.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools and own a basic tool set.
  • Ability to lift 5-50 pounds throughout the shift and perform tasks that require bending, moving, and twisting.
  • Reliable attendance and no past bad finishes.
  • Effective communication skills to explain vehicle issues and repair steps to customers.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
