Job DescriptionJob Description

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for organizing and managing marketing deliverables, as well as contributing ideas on the best way to express what various stakeholders wish to see in these deliverables. Furthermore, the position must coordinate staff to ensure the team and company are prepared to execute small to medium-scale events throughout the United States.

The position will report to the Director of Operations of company and will collaborate with company managers and leadership to oversee various marketing, events, and product development projects company wide. Timely communication with the company’s leadership on the status of each project and current timelines is required.

The position requires extensive organizational and management skills as it oversees the work and pace of the marketing department and communicates with various departments to ensure alignment.

**Specific Responsibilities Include: **
- Socializing and collaborating with working teams to implement company leadership initiatives.
- Supporting larger company objectives to ensure company and marketing excellence.
- Sharing best practices with working teams and partners.
- Tracking measurements of success.
- Leading the implementation of marketing processes and toolkits.
- Driving project deadlines and tracking results to ensure achievement of business objectives.

**We are looking for Brand/Project Managers who meet the following requirements: **
- 2+ years of experience specifically in project management, with a preference for candidates who have worked directly with creative/brand teams to manage approvals and assets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience working at an Ad Agency or in branding is preferred.
- Must perform well under pressure — there won’t be a demanding workload every day, but it arises, and individuals need to move quickly.
- Must have experience managing large projects.
- Must be detail-oriented and understand design and its impact on storytelling.
- Partners with various departments to launch and execute small to medium-sized events (50-500 people).
- Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Company to drive connection and coordination across communications.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
