Short Contract - Hybrid Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis & Design:
  • Research and analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure compensation programs are competitive.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to benchmark and align compensation structures.
  • Develop and recommend changes to pay structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
  • Job Classification & Grading:
  • Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate pay grades, job classifications, and salary ranges.
  • Work with HR and management to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and aligned with compensation policies.
  • Salary & Bonus Administration:
  • Administer annual salary review processes, including preparing salary recommendations and analyzing salary data.
  • Manage performance-based bonus and incentive program administration.
  • Assist in managing compensation adjustments for promotions, transfers, and special projects.
  • Compensation Compliance:
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist with audits and reporting to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
  • Reporting & Data Management:
  • Maintain and update compensation databases, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and other HR metrics.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify disparities and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
