Sentry has an opportunity for an Assistant Finance/Business Manager position at Sentry Ford and Sentry Lincoln in our beautiful facility with both product lines covering the full spectrum of the marketplace. Job Requirements

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies (both dealership and manufacturer)
  • Utilize menu selling software to present every product to every customer every time. Old-school high pressure sales techniques are prohibited at Sentry, so if that is your approach, please do not waste time applying; we simply want to ensure that optional products such as extended service plans are presented to all customers with full disclosure of coverage choices.
  • Assist in overseeing delivery process to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and office staff in a cooperative and professional manner.
  • Make sure all paperwork is completed properly the first time.

Sentry is a group of Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda franchised dealerships located in the eastern Massachusetts area. The company’s dealerships are located in Medford and Shrewsbury. Together, the dealerships employ 100 people and have annual sales of approximately $100 million, including about 2000 new and used retail unit sales as well as service, parts and rent-a-car operations. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
