Job Description:

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can leverage data-driven insights to craft impactful campaigns that align with Whiterose Threads Inc’s business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on growing Whiterose Threads Inc’s brand and driving customer acquisition.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to create our brand image and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted messaging and content strategies that reflect the unique value of Whiterose threads Inc’s product to key industries.
  • Conduct in-depth market research such as identifying trends, our company’s competitors, competitive positioning, and customer needs, etc. and plan actionable marketing strategy and reflect them on marketing materials.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to ensure campaign or material were targeted effectively for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of content for digital channels, including blogs, case studies, videos, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with our brand messaging.
  • Edit the photo/video and upload the contents on social media continuously and manage the comments. Track the website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and social media engagement, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve Whiterose threads Inc’s strategies.
  • Lead efforts to improve online reputation management by managing reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google My Business and Glassdoor, etc.

 

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)

·       Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.

·       Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

·       Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM data to support lead generation and nurturing the sales process (e.g. PipeDrive, Pardot)

·       Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a focus on measurable results.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00
