Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant

Location: Work from home (Hampstead, NC Area - Wilmington to Jacksonville)

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and be the CEO to our CEO with a pay of $18-$22/hr.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the CEO of the CEO: Manage the daily operations and tasks for the owner, ensuring seamless execution and prioritization of activities.
  • Master Multitasker: Handle a variety of responsibilities across different disciplines with precision and efficiency.
  • Event Planning Pro: Plan, organize, and execute events that leave a lasting impact.
  • Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Maintain a keen eye for detail in everything you do, ensuring accuracy and excellence.
  • Communications Connoisseur: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, representing Sorenson Marketing Communications with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, particularly in event planning and execution.
  • Location: Must be located in the Hampstead, NC area (Wilmington to Jacksonville).
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
