Assist in creating and maintaining the construction schedule, tracking progress against key milestones, and adjusting the timeline as necessary. Ensure that any delays are addressed quickly and that project stakeholders are kept informed of schedule changes. Assist with reviewing contracts to ensure they align with project scope, budget, and timeline. Manage and track contract modifications, change orders, and potential claims. Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. Identify potential challenges during the construction process and work with the Project Manager to develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues related to materials, scheduling, or subcontractor performance to keep the project on track. Escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager for resolution. Ensure that all work performed on the project meets the company’s quality standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections to verify that construction is proceeding according to the project plans and specifications. Support the Project Manager in maintaining clear communication with the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are updated on project progress, upcoming activities, and any potential changes or concerns. Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure that all project activities adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Support safety audits and collaborate with the field team to address any safety concerns promptly. Assist in evaluating, processing, and managing change orders, including tracking and documenting any changes to the project’s scope, schedule, or budget. Communicate any necessary adjustments to all stakeholders and ensure proper authorization and approval.
