Job Summary
Foster CM Group, Inc. is looking for a full-time, on-site ORAT Coordinator. The ORAT Coordinator will advise and assist the team in complying with the requirements of the ORAT program to engage in airport scope requirements, planning and conducting preparation activities, and monitoring progress. The ORAT Coordinator will be experienced in airline/airport operations, and large-scale event planning, or organizational development.
Job Requirements
Must have the following requirements:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of airport / airline operations required.
- Participate in and support planning, ramp up and execution of the facility transition and opening plans. Identify any simulations needed for successful execution of Day 1 activities.
- Assist with the development of Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Interface Plans
- Assist with the coordination and development of Familiarization, Induction and Training Plans
- Assist with the development of the ORAT schedule and interface with the Program
- Assist Mobilization and Move Teams with the implementation of transition plans if necessary.
- Establish and manage communications with representatives of key stakeholders including SAAS management, vendors, concessionaires, airlines, third party ground handlers and the airport business community to ensure stakeholders are engaged in the ORAT program.
- Develop and maintain ORAT SharePoint tools.
- Assist with management of ORAT programs through the use of reporting tools, such as SharePoint, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Dashboards, Prolog, Primavera, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Report status and progress on a regular basis to Program leadership
- Review Project schedules, testing and close out plans for development of detailed turnover plans including duties and responsibilities of all parties.
- Hold and/or attend regularly scheduled Project meetings.
- Effectively manage the workflow processes and ensure timely completions. Assist with project closeout.
- Technical degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, architecture, or operational background.
- Minimum 5 years of related industry experience.
- Commercial Construction Knowledge.
- Security Clearance or the ability to obtain Security Clearance

- Ability to develop curriculum for training programs, and delivery of training
- Strong written, virtual, and in-person communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
Pay Range: $120K - $140K annually
Work Environment:
- The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery & mechanical parts, uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to loud noise, and outside weather conditions.
- The physical requirements must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Intermittent unassisted sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, stooping, crawling, pushing and lifting is required. Must be able to walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time for at least eight hours per day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move light equipment up to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be alert to equipment in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, ability to walk on uneven ground while physically maneuvering construction sites, ability to work in extreme temperatures or humidity, and potentially work at heights.
- Possession of a valid state of residence driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Daily travel to and from construction sites, generally within 100 miles from the home office is expected. Short term, out of town, assignments may be required. Long term, out of town, assignments may be required, with advance notice of planned dates.
- May be required to work protracted and irregular hours to meet client's needs, including nights, overtime and weekends.
