Talento Search Group has an opening for a Transportation Fleet Maintenance Manager in the Knoxville, Tennessee area.  This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance team
  • Perform repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Track tools and inventory
  • Manage preventive maintenance of fleet
  • Plan and schedule maintenance


Experience Needed:

  • At least 3 years of fleet maintenance management experience
  • Experience with trailers, semi trucks, diesel engines, ties, and electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
