Terrific Opportunity for a Systems/Networking Engineer with Excellent Project Management Skills

SWK Technologies is searching for a standout Systems/Networking Engineer who is skilled in both system administration and networking. In this role you will interact with our clients directly onsite and remotely, installing or maintaining their technology infrastructure including servers work stations, security etc.

This position requires expert technical skills around Windows operating systems, Microsoft Windows Servers administration skills, Active directory, Firewalls, routers, switches etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential to provide the high level of customer service this position requires.

Crucial to your success on the job is your ability to:

  • Interact professionally with our clients in-person or via phone or email.
  • Provide knowledgeable network and desktop support services.

Requirements:

  • A high school degree and at least 5 years experience in IT
  • MSP experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Servers
  • Working knowledge of routers, firewalls and TCP/IP protocol
  • Current technology certifications ie CCNA, Office 365, MCSE preferred
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Good planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and appearance
  • Have a reliable vehicle that you can use every day for work
  • Be able to work standing on occasion and lift 50lbs
  • Experience with RMM tools and ticketing software a huge plus
