Breakfast Station in Zephyrhills is currently accepting applications for the following position.

Breakfast Line Cook

Applicants must have recent previous experience, be dependable, and have reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to manage high volume, high stress, hot environment. Hours include early mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Flexible schedule is a must. TOP PAY for top performers. Benefits include a free meal during shift and free uniform. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

Line Cook
Requires food preparation/handling skills
Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, good communication skills
Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Frequently works with sharp knives, utensils, hot plates, and other food preparation equipment
Frequently works in hot environment
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be self motivated and have a strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Preparing/plating all menu items while ensuring quality control and presentation
Set-Up, maintenance and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by management
