Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemist I to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry HPLC Method development
and Validation and a proven track record of leading research and development projects. As a Chemist I,
you will play a key role in driving our research initiatives, developing new products, and ensuring the
quality and safety of our R& Lab.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and execute complex research and development projects.
 Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
 Develop and optimize chemical processes and formulations.
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&, production, and quality control.
 Develop Analytical Method and Validate the Method.
 Run routine QC sample, via HPLC and Dissolution apparatus etc.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior chemists and laboratory staff.
 Stay current with industry trends and advancements and integrate new technologies and
methodologies into research efforts.
 Prepare and present detailed reports, technical documentation, and research findings.
 Involve in business development and zoom calls.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
 Minimum of 1 years of experience in a chemistry-related role, with 1 years in a leadership or
senior position.
 Expertise in spectroscopy, chromatography, materials science.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
 Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
