SUMMARY: Inspect, troubleshoot, service, repair, modify and replace Fire Sprinkler systems for new and existing customers on a scheduled basis.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Servicing Fire Sprinkler Systems to the prescribed standards.
  • Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of our customer's Fire Sprinkler Systems.
  • Identifying code and non-conformance issues as well as knowledge and understand of NFPA codes for inspection, testing and installation.
  • Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports.
  • Duties may also include installation of new Fire Sprinkler Systems, including but not limited to, measuring, drilling, gluing, pipe, valves, fittings, risers & sprinkler heads.
  • Interface with customers & homeowners to provide excellent and professional service while in the field.
  • Maintains all standard operating procedures and quality control measures of the company.
  • Complies with all applicable safety policies and codes.
  • Maintains tools, equipment, shop, and work areas in the best possible condition for maximum production and safety.
  • Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
  • Knowledge of NFPA Code and fire sprinkler principles (preferred).
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics and blueprints.
