What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master with a proven ability to lead Agile teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team coaching abilities.
  • Mindset: High-energy, "can-do" attitude with the ability to influence and motivate teams effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Certified Scrum Master credentials (PSM I, PSM II).
  • Past experience as a developer or in Agile development.
  • Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a bonus.
  • Passion for promoting innovative thinking and team self-improvement.
