Position: Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Kennewick, WA
Compensation: $100,000 - $155,000 annually, DOE

Your Role:

As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience: Previous experience in home health is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
