HARDWARE MANAGER

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.

Located in Hurricane, Utah. We are looking for a full-time Hardware Manager.

You will oversee the Hardware Implementation team and the Asset Management team while ensuring they have the necessary equipment to finish out projects.

What you will do:

• Perform necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure

• Plan, prepare, and deliver complete computer setups

• Plan and oversee the initial setup of office room cabling and computer setups

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures

• Inspect the levels of business supplies and IT material to identify shortages

• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory

• Oversee the allocation of IT assets within different projects and facilities

• Analyze data to anticipate future needs

What we prefer you to bring:

• Management experience

• Passion for technology

• Ability to resolve conflicts

• Ability to work with little or no supervision

What you must bring:

• Knowledge of basic installation of all necessary cable wiring and hardware for buildings for security cameras, access control, and network solutions

• Excellent analytical and management skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tickets at once

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
