Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for experienced Per Diem with Potential for Full Time Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in Santa Monica and surrounding areas, including:

*Santa Monica * Marina Del Rey *West Los Angeles *Westchester *Ladera Heights *Pacific Palisades *Palms *Culver City *Other Cities Near Santa Monica

This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least one (1) year of experience as a PT
  • Home Health experience
  • Valid California PT license required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Located in Southern California

Job Types: Per-Diem with Full-Time potential - This is direct hire work - not interested in independent contractors.
