CONTRACT OVERVIEW

Burn Boot Camp Live Members reflect the elite member experience through ensuring the high standards of the training product are met virtually. Focused on positive, exciting, energy during each member encounter. Burn Boot Camp Live Members will provide services at the Burn Studio.

DETAILS

• Aligns to creating a positive and welcoming environment to make members at-home and in-studio to feel the Burn Boot Camp community.
• Exudes a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the entire event.
• Effectively motivates and inspires Members/viewers to push themselves during the workout through their on-camera demonstration.
• Demonstrates the ability to maintain energy, pace, and intensity throughout the entire workout.
• Introduces innovative and exciting elements into the workout to keep participants entertained.
• Presents in a professional and fitness-oriented manner.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different workout splits, formats, and equipment and communicate needs.

TERMS OF CONTRACT WORK

• As needed weekly based on the filming schedule
  • Primary hours will be Monday through Friday 8am-12pm
• Position is contract (1099)
• Contract worker is responsible for submitting hours bi-weekly
• Full contractor agreement will be provided once services are agreed upon
