Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe damages.
• Collaborate with other team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Follow local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in plumbing.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumber
• Proficient in Plumbing techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Strong carpentry skills for installation and repair work
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

 

Experience:

 

• Commercial Plumbing: 3 years (Required)

 

License/Certification:

 

• OSHA 10 (Required)
• Plumber Apprentice License (Required)

 

Ability to Relocate:
