Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and skilled Guitar and Piano Instructors to join our team. This role involves working closely with students at all levels, using Real Brave’s tools and methodologies to inspire and educate while fostering a love of music. The ideal candidate must be committed to delivering high-quality instruction and supporting students in becoming confident performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Use the Real Brave Method (Discovery, Deconstruction, Development) to tailor lessons to students’ individual needs and goals.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize the PracticePad platform to track student progress, assign and review video assignments, and create custom tutorials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Facilitate Performances: Prepare students for Real Brave’s showcase and performance opportunities, focusing on building their confidence and stage presence.
• Adaptability Across Tiers: Teach students enrolled in various subscription tiers, ensuring lessons align with their specific goals and requirements.
• Encourage Growth: Support students in transitioning from basic skills to advanced musicianship, emphasizing fluency, technique, and creativity.
• Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with students and parents, providing updates on progress and performance readiness.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Guitar or Piano: Ability to teach a wide range of styles and techniques, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Experience with Performance Preparation: Knowledge and experience in preparing students for live performances.
• Technological Competence: Familiarity with online platforms; ability to navigate and maximize the benefits of PracticePad.
• Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated commitment to inspiring and motivating students of all ages and skill levels.
• Flexibility and Creativity: Willingness to adapt lessons to meet the needs of students in different tiers of our program.
• Professionalism: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on creating a positive and productive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Music or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in a structured music school environment.
• Performance experience as a musician.
• Familiarity with Real Brave’s unique teaching approach and philosophy.
