This is a contract to direct hire role. 

Position Overview:
Our clients, multiple OEM vehicle services companies, are seeking a Paint Film Application Technician. This role involves precise application of Paint Protection Film (PPF) on OEM vehicles, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Technicians will work in a collaborative environment to meet project deadlines and uphold client standards, gradually enhancing their installation skills through training and hands-on experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Shadow a Paint Film Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) for approximately 2 months
  • Install Paint Film on various vehicle areas with meticulous attention to detail
  • Prepare vehicles for Paint Film application
  • Inspect vehicles post-application to ensure quality standards
  • Master the tools and software related to Paint Film application
  • Handle client vehicles carefully and maneuver them with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness in the PPF bay and organization of the plant, including the film plotter and storage areas
  • Organize and maintain film inventory

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • High level of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and think critically

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs.
