Overview:
Our successful and growing real estate brokerage is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This key leadership role will ensure the financial health and sustainability of our organization as we continue to grow and evolve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger,
and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics.

- Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the leadership team to drive financial strategy and growth initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform company goals and objectives.
- Lead financial planning processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Implement best practices in financial operations and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA ideal but not required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with financial software and systems;
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
