DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY 

A company in Batavia is looking for a Production Supervisor for the Machining department. The ideal candidate will have CNC experience and has previous experience working with different types of metal. If you are interested please apply now

Position: First Shift Production Supervisor – Machining Operations

Location: Batavia, IL

Pay: $30-$34

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the completion of production orders within your department.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing problems, identifying issues with materials or equipment.
• Utilize the production whiteboard and ERP system to facilitate production operations and product movement.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous CNC machining experience, including multi-axis lathes and mills, is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a CNC machine shop is strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are preferred, but not required.
