Job DescriptionJob Description

This position involves on the job training learning from and receiving guidance of an experienced carpenter.

Day to day work involves going to clients' homes where we install custom designed organizers for all areas of the home: closets, pantry, garage, laundry, mudroom, home office, etc.

KEY ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-consistently on-time with a professional appearance

-willingness to take full responsibility with taking on a task, complete all steps necessary to produce a high-quality result and take pride in the result

-desire to advance within and contribute to the companies success

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

-experience with woodworking tools (2+ years)

-desire to advance within and grow with the company (pay reflects growth and advancement)

-desire for quality, accuracy and ability to work within a team in a goal-oriented environment

-ability to work independently when necessary

-able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.

-ability to follow instructions in written, oral and diagram form

-maintain a safe and clean work environment

-valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from shop.
