Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) - Pediatrics Opportunity w/ Benefits Near Lake Helen, FL

A local school district nearLake Helen, FL, is in search of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) orSpeech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to fill a full-time vacancy for the current school year.The position comes with full benefits, competitive pay and mentorship. Job Duties:
  • Provide direct speech therapy services for pre-K through eighth grade students with mild to moderate disabilities at twoschool sites nearLake Helen, FL
  • Conduct evaluations to identify students' speech, language, communication and swallowing abilities
  • Set goals for speech therapy and other interventions based on assessment results
  • Update and adhere to students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Schedule:
  • Full-time, four days per week
Qualifications to Apply:
  • Active SLP or SLPA License in Florida
  • School-based SLP experience is desiredbut not required
