Job DescriptionJob Description

HopeSprings of Indiana, LLC is seeking a full-time Behavior Consultant to provide behavior therapy services to individuals in their homes and communities on the North/Northwest side of Indianapolis/Carmel/Fishers. Experience with both children and adults with intellectual disabilities a plus. Flexible Schedule/Work from Home/Competitive Pay/Fun and Creative Work Day

Responsibilities include:

· Conducting functional behavioral analysis;

· Developing behavior support plans to assist families/teachers/staff in managing and reducing maladaptive behaviors;

· Training of collaborating service providers on an individuals’ behavior support plan;

· Documenting treatment progress;

· Completing quarterly summaries; and

· Serving as an integral part of an individual’s treatment team.

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in one of the following areas: Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (Resumes without this qualification will not receive a response).

· Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance;

· CPR and First Aid certifications;

· Background check and TB clearance;

· Qualified candidates must have good communication skills, be independent and self-motivated;

· 1-2 years’ experience in behavior management services preferred.

Salary:

$70,000 +
