You will be working in people’s home giving them the support they need to have a great day, every day. This could be a home for up to 6 adults or a person who lives in their own home. All the homes are in North San Diego County.

Unbelievable: I If you work in a group home where other staff are there to assist, you will earn $18/hr (plus the same great benefits for full time). Our homes are beautiful and welcoming, not institutional. We have lots of opportunity for advancement and will help you build a career if you are interested.

Here are all your options: Morning shift; Late afternoon/early evening shift; Overnight shift (either awake overnight or asleep overnight); Weekend shift (usually a full 8 hours but we are flexible).

TERI participates in the CalGrows Program, offering you the opportunity to earn up to $6,000.00, in addition to your regular salary, while growing your career and developing your skills through free, online training courses.


Range: $18.00 - $19.00 /Hour


We would love if you:

  • Highschool diploma/ GED is desirable.
  • Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train
  • Criminal background check required.
  • Acceptable Driving History.
  • Entry level positions available.
  • Locations: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, and San Marcos.

Saturday &/or Sunday

  • 11:00 am-7:00 pm
  • 8:00 am-8:00 pm
  • 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Flexible Scheduling available
