Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on design options and materials.
- Sales: Actively generate and follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and manage the sales pipeline. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Design Solutions: Create and present design concepts tailored to clients’ specifications. Use design software to produce drawings, 3D renderings, and product selections.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design and sales process, from the first meeting through project completion. Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
