Pediatrics Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) w/ Benefits | Grayslake, IL | Full-Time Position

An elementary school located near Grayslake, IL, is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers guaranteed hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexibility.

Qualifications Required:

  • Active SLP or SLPA license in Illinois
  • Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule with 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
  • Duration: ASAP through May 30, 2025
  • Caseload: Preschool through 4th grade students at a single school location
  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments and developing personalized therapy plans to address each student's communication challenges
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
