Some Basic Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavior analytic techniques to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Experience

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA certification)
  • High EQ: Able to communicate with RBT and management through difficult situations. Capable of reasoning and understanding.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health practices
  • Experience working with children 
  • Familiarity with patient care settings
  • Previous experience in diagnostic evaluation
  • Ability to easily navigate the child's physical environment (stand up/sit down easily, sit and get up off of the floor with ease, ability to implement appropriate interventions if client becomes aggressive, ability to quickly move if the client has a history of elopement)
