Job DescriptionJob Description

HP Baseball is looking for experienced coaches for our youth and showcase teams. These positions are part-time and are a great way to stay in the game of baseball. Currently, we have several teams from ages 8 - 18. The hours are give or take around 40 - 60  hours a month.

 

Experience required:

Strong baseball resume

Strong sense of professionalism

2 years of coaching experience

general knowledge of travel ball tournaments and/or Showcase tournaments

Strong communication/emailing skills

Ability to be a positive vocal leader

Desire to be a strong role model and develop ball players in a positive fashion on and off the field

Bonus:

Coaches also have the ability to make commission on private lessons at Hunter Pence Baseball Academy. We also occasionally have camp's, clinic's and tryouts where we can create more opportunity.

Details:

2 - two hour practices a week

2 -3 tournaments a month ( 3 game minimum) Games last between 1.5-2 hours each and we get to all games 1 hour proior to start time

Weekly emails to the team/parents and front office

Occasional weekend travel expenses paid
