Job Description:
Pursuit Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist and Manual Stretch Trainer to
join our team. We use a holistic, whole-body approach to address pain by targeting the root
cause, not just the symptoms. Our system integrates bones, muscles, fascia, nerves, and other
body systems to restore function and improve overall health.
As a member of our team, you'll provide hands-on treatment tailored to each patients needs,
focusing on joint mobility, circulation, balance, and nerve function. We are looking for someone
with a strong understanding of anatomy, therapeutic massage, and manual stretching techniques.
Responsibilities:
 Assess patient needs through a systematic test and treat process, focusing on mobility,
circulation, balance, and nerve function.
 Provide therapeutic massage and manual stretching to improve flexibility, reduce tension,
and enhance circulation.
 Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare
professionals.
 Educate patients on stretching, movement techniques, and self-care.
 Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
 Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment.
 Accurately document sessions and patient progress.
Qualifications:
 Active Massage Therapy License in Washington (or ability to obtain one).
 Willingness to train in manual stretching and our systematic approach.
 Knowledge of joint mobility, circulation, and lymphatic systems.
 Strong understanding of balance and neurological function.
 Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
